What Owners Say
""Multiple times each month, the display screen freezes on the startup screen with the Hyundai logo. This renders all display screen functions unusable (including rear camera, GPS, climate control feedback, sound settings, etc). It stays in that state until the car is turned off. Usually, I have to stop and start the car multiple times to get it move past that screen and boot up normally. This is an ongoing problem.""
Anonymous A., OK (2012 Hyundai Genesis None 3.8-L V6)""Screen died. Backlight comes on,no display""
Anonymous A., KY (2012 Hyundai Genesis None 3.8-L V6)"This selection was a mistake. The screen has not gone blank. The problem was already covered as the screen locking up. Sorry!"
Anonymous A., OK (2012 Hyundai Genesis None 3.8-L V6)"I experienced the problem once. The screen simply went out and very expensive to replace. It occured during winter and that day it was 14 degrees F."
Anonymous A., TX (2012 Hyundai Genesis None 3.8-L V6)"The software was updated on the car but then stopped pairing with my iPhone. Eventually I got it to work again, but when I upgraded to a new iPhone, it wouldn't pair again. I eventually gave up trying to pair it to the entertainment system and over a year later I was able to get it paired to my system. Incredibly frustrating."
