"The mirror needs the small magnifying mirror"

"The windshield wiper fluid pump is broken. I can hear the engine but it will not squirt. Mechanic recommended replacement. My driver's seat started cracking at about 6000 miles. I am the only driver and wear professional clothes daily. Weigh about 140. It doesn't add up to have that damage this soon."

"In October 24 the car would not reach proper engine temperature. As the areas climate was turning cooler/colder the cabin would not properly heat up. It took approximately 60 days and multiple trips to the dealer, a shouting match with the service manager and a call to the Hyundai national service department to get the proper repair performed."

""Jan 2025 heating started to smell to point of setting off migraines and causing passenger to feel nauseated. Continued to happen. Took it in to dealer for service, they claim not to smell anything. Contacted Hyundai Corporate and was put in touch with customer care rep. Person was very nice but essentially useless. Went back to dealer 2 more times. They claim not to smell anything therefore can not fix anything under warranty, BUT if I am willing to pay out of pocket they know the HVAC system needs a deep cleaning because others have had similar problems. Customer care contacted another dealer and was told there was a 2 month wait to get an appointment to have it just looked at. Another Hyundai service in the area has more than a dozen 1 star reviews and no other reviews but the 1 stars. Customer care says Hyundai corporate can not force the dealerships to do anything. Hyundai service is horrible. Had to have problem resolved independently. Did not trust the dealer service.""
