Said he would speak to Mtg or someone else & call us. Never did. Called him 2X, never responded. We took the car back in February 25, spoke with a different person & he took pictures as well, said he would have someone to contact us. Still waiting""

Engine Major

Engine rebuild or replacement, cylinder head, head gasket, turbocharger or supercharger, timing chain or belt.

What Owners Say

Engine rebuild or replacement

"The problem initially expressed itself with a fuel injector, but eventually required an entire engine replacement. Because of Kias processes, this took over 5 months. They reimbursed me for the rental car as well as a token for car payments (which I didnt have because I paid cash). However, they strung me along so I paid interest on the CC that I put the rental on. I blame the dealer more than I blame Kia, so I might buy a Kia again. My problem isnt necessarily with the vehicle, but definitely with the dealer and the process. Odds are, I would buy something else."

Anonymous A., TN (2023 Kia Sportage LX 2.5-L 4 Cyl)
