Kia corp rep, after calling again, said it had become a recall, as the adhesive was a problem. All along, I had the parts that fell off in my possession. They told me dealer now had replacement parts reserved for me, not where I bought Kia, which was another dealership. They replaced all 4 window trim pieces free of charge. We just got a recall notice about this window trim, but we are all fixed now."
