Most luxury SUVs have evolved into pampering on-road transport for their well-heeled buyers, backing away from off-road prowess and their truck-based roots. So does that make the Lexus GX a dinosaur? Despite being built on a truck-based frame, tow ratings fall short of many unibody "car-based" competitors.
