I've had that fixed years ago and again this year. I also replaced all 4 strut assemblies and you could see the front right boot torn and stuff leaked. I think that bigger problem was with power steering rack. Then alignment didn't last."

"Lexus Service is the problem. This steering column was replaced at 60,000 miles. Then at about 130,000 miles they told me I had a steering issue and it would fail if not replaced. I chose to defer maintenance. Next time I was in they did not even mention it and said it was not an issue. Then 10,000 miles later they say I have a leak. I have had another independent auto mechanic tell me it is fine. I am very disappointed overall in the Lexus dealership service department especially since my car fell out of warranty. I have used the one in Kansas city MO Northland location."
