Lucid Gravity

Lucid Motors' second model, the Gravity three-row SUV, is a showpiece for the electric vehicle company's biggest strengths. It has a smooth powertrain that delivers extremely quick and effortless acceleration, plus an EPA-rated driving range of up to 450 miles, all cleverly packaged to maximize cabin space. Nimble handling and robust acceleration make it a joy to drive. But our testers experienced significant glitches with the Gravity that affected its usability and the functionality of its driver assistance systems, and outward visibility is compromised by thick pillars and unusual design elements. The interior is a mix of nice materials and iffy build quality, with some components that don't align with the Gravity's high starting price. The front seats are firm, but generally comfortable.
