What Owners Say
"Video is grainy and scramble, unable to see anything."
Anonymous, IL (2017 Mazda 3 Sport Unsure)"It is very difficult to see in daylight and I believe it is fit to the inabilities to adjust angle. I have to use my Garmen in day as I can angle it from sun and towards driver instead of straight towards back seat. At night I can see but must turn my head too far due to inability to adjust it. That alone would make a huge difference"
Anonymous, ON (2017 Mazda 3 Sport 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Touch screen no longer responds to touching. Only works on external manual control"
Anonymous, MI (2017 Mazda 3 Touring 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"Display screen freezes on a text message and won't interact with the phone for a while on bluetooth."
Anonymous, IL (2017 Mazda 3 Touring 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"The screen will go blank or the system will restart for unknown reason (and this is on both 2017 Mazda vehicles we own). Sometimes the radio will still be playing, sometimes it will cut out, or the navigation will stop working, but then restart right where it left off. It's a very annoying system in what is otherwise a very fine car."
Anonymous, NY (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"Has not occurred lately, possibly fixed by software update from dealership."
Anonymous, NV (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Very poor & unfriendly user interface! Difficult to set up bluetooth, often drops phone bluetooth connection, phone often will not connect to music/Pandora unless the phone is opened to Pandora & playing when you start the car! Also, the car is a 2017 and does not offer Apple Play or Android/Google's versions."
Rich G., PA (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"I frequently listen to Pandora using a bluetooth connection to my iPhone, but the Pandora app often does not connect properly."

C C., WI (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"GPS navigation randomly does not report the correct current location. Software update and the display screen have been replaced by Mazda under warranty. But still randomly having problems with current location."
Anonymous, TX (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"I have used 4 different iPhones (both 6 and X) with this system and it will not correctly connect about 20% of the time. This problem is the same whether using USB or Bluetooth. Voice command is clunky and doesn’t serve any useful purpose. It’s too bad Mazda didn’t follow through on their promise of CarPlay integration"
Anonymous, CA (2017 Mazda 3)"System would keep rebooting up when cold. The navigation card had to be replaced. This fixed the issue. Repair done under warranty at n/c."
Anonymous, CA (2017 Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"After the first month pf ownership a speaker started to rattle, took it in for a repair and they couldn't recreate the issue, told me to wait until it gets worse"
Joshua D., MI (2017 Mazda 3 Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"It does not seem to understand much. Cannnot find a dress"
Anonymous, ON (2017 Mazda 3 Sport 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Voice Command is useless. I just turn off the connection and use Siri if I need to do anything by voice."
