    What Owners Say

Anonymous, BC (2024 Mazda CX-50 Premium 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Pulsation or vibration

""I spent too much money on combination of wheel, alignments, inspections, and brake repairs, trying to determine the source of the pulsation and vibration. The corporate was rotors worn prematurely, and they should have been far more durable.""

Anonymous, FL (2024 Mazda CX-50 Premium 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Rotors

""Rotors for all four wheels had to be replaced at 33000 miles, which was expensive. It was due to poor design and quality.""

""Hit a deer head on at 65 miles per hour. Major damage. I was without the car for 6 months Mazda could not supply the parts needed for the repair. Additionally, Mazda dealer had the car to 3 weeks repairing the electricals that the autobody shop could not handle. Mazda's are great cars until you have an accident and need to get it repaired.""

Anonymous, NY (2024 Mazda CX-50 Premium 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)

"Not a problem but an anoyance. Seat belt alarms go off constantly if you have groceries in backseat. Only workaround is to latch all seatbelts. Also the seatbelt alarm is VERY annoying and the 4 cylinder is WAY UNDERPOWERED. The Turbo model had power however the center console was wider in the turbo premium model and unless your a 100lb 5'1" human the console digs into your right leg so much it was miserable so I opted for Non turbo. So it was choice I wont be doing again."

    Anonymous, MO (2024 Mazda CX-50 Premium 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

""I dont know what a body control module is what a giant defect is that if you do not take your foot off of the brake before turning off the car, the car will not turn off fully, but will give you no warning and will allow you to lock the doors. This happened to me and I was at work for eight hours and my new car would not start. The AAA guy tried to charge the battery on two different chargers and the battery would not charge. I had to get the car towed to Mazda which is when I found out what the problem was, but only after bullying the service manager who is giving me vague answers. He finally admitted he tells the sales people to inform potential buyers of this issue.""
