Anonymous A., MD (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"air bag"

Anonymous A., OH (2013 Nissan Rogue SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

""The sun visors on this vehicle are broken, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find replacements. We have been using adhesive velcro to try to get them to stick to the roof of the car where they belong, but nothing works. The sunroof/moonroof is also struggling to open. Instead of one smooth, continuous movement to open, we have to keep pushing the button to open it. The push button locks make a horrible buzzing-clicking sound when you lock and unlock the doors as well.""

Anonymous A., NE (2013 Nissan Rogue SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

Drive System

Driveshaft or axle, CV joint, differential, transfer case, four-wheel-drive/all-wheel-drive components, driveline vibration, electrical failure, traction control, electronic stability control.

"Normal wear and tear in Pothole filled NY where road maintenance is on par with third world"

Anonymous, VA (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"Have replaced both cv joint boots, most recently in July 2025"

Anonymous, (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

What Owners Say

Transmission rebuild or replacement

"Had to replace transmission"

Anonymous A., MD (2013 Nissan Rogue SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"Transmission is notorious for failure in once above 100k miles. Cost to replace is more then vehicle is worth. It's a shame to have to junk the car"

Anonymous, NC (2013 Nissan Rogue S 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"This is the third transmission in this car. Nissan CVT's are bad. First one went out at around 110,000 miles, 2nd at 90,000 miles. Hesitated to put in a new transmission, but son needed for his work."

Anonymous, TN (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

AC compressor, blower (fan) motor, condenser, evaporator, heater system, automatic climate system, electrical failure, refrigerant leakage.

What Owners Say

A/C compressor

"AC stopped blowing cold air. Freion is almost full. Would like to try replacing AC clutch to start with. Because of Nissan design you cant DIY. They want to replace clutch/compressor. Clutch does not engage. 2000. 00$ estimate is too much for an older car."

Anonymous, FL (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"For the low mileage on this car I would have expected the AC to last longer"

Anonymous, VA (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)
Condenser

"Think it was the condenser. It cost 1400."

Anonymous, WA (2013 Nissan Rogue SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"Thought I had a transmission problem but then it went away so for."

Anonymous, MO (2013 Nissan Rogue Unsure 2.5-L 4 Cyl)
