""MIL is on, codes point to "The Particulate Matter Sensor used to determine the efficiency of the DPF by measuring the amount of particulate matter (soot) remaining in the exhaust gas after the DPF. Ive not bothered with it because I cant see wasting time and $$ at the dealer over something thats not affecting drivability. I may or may not be eligible for warranty coverage on this - I have a recall notice that seems to indicate that I am. At some point Ill look into it. This is just one more reason why I dont like computers in cars.""

The only way to top it is turn the temperature knob ALL the way down for ten seconds or so, and it will reset. Dealer has seen the problem but never figured it out. Still does it to this day; weve learned to live with it. (Not that we have a choice.)""
