What Owners Say
"1st time was stopped at light and didn't change gear, but felt a drag and sound, pulled over and had some difficulty moving it back to park, then got it back to drive ok. This has happened twice more since I bought the car in Dec. 2019. Both times, starting to drive from park and as I drove a short distance felt the same slight drag and sound. A family member is taking the car back to dealer to look into this. I don't want my name mentioned at this time."Anonymous, NJ (2020 Subaru Crosstrek Limited 2.0-L 4 Cyl)
"CVT transmission mapping seems flawed - it bogs down during acceleration. In an old-fashioned automatic transmission, I'd describe this as shifting from 1st gear directly into 3rd gear."Anonymous, ON (2020 Subaru Crosstrek Premium 2.0-L 4 Cyl)
