What Owners Say
"On first road trip towing small camping trailer we were in the middle of Nebraska when the car failed. Had to be towed 270 miles to nearest Tesla service center in Iowa. They claimed it was an air bubble trapped in the front motor drive unit. Haven't had the problem again."Anonymous, AZ (2019 Tesla Model X Long Range Electric)
"Had to get the front motor mounts to the wheels replaced because of vibration and shudder under normal acceleration. Was without the vehicle for about a week but had a loaner free of charge. All repairs were covered under the vehicle warranty. This is a known issue with the vehicle but no recall I am aware of"Anonymous, WA (2019 Tesla Model X 100D Electric)
"Car developed serious vibration after a few thousand miles. Front axles has to be replaced in November (two months old, about 12,000 miles at time of replacement). Vibration came back and front axles had to be replaced again in February (three months later and at about 17,000 miles). Very annoying!"Anonymous, AZ (2019 Tesla Model X Long Range Electric)
