"I think the mechanic did something during my last check up visit. All worked fine b4 but problems presented immediately post my visit. I called the dealership and they said they would check it out on my next visit. I use my phone for directions. I've been out of the country so haven't been able to return to the dealer. (I dri e 2 hrs round trip to this dealer as the other Toyota dealers have been undesirable."
Anonymous A., PA (2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid SE 1.8-L 4 Cyl hybrid)"- dealers 'trainers' (young) have short attention to this 72 YO training how to use the radio/sound system. - car system came pre-set to 'local' radio stations all in CA.. I live in FL... - when I syn my iphone to car system(c-systm) it either plays what i've selected from my iphone: nice. - then at times it displays on c-system what's on my ph, other times no. - most of time c-system on its screen shows other 'commonly used' internet stations pulled from my iphone like NPR-nat'l, MN pb radio, local country, but doesn't display my local FL-NPR. The youth kid said doesn't know why... - then if I don't plug my iphone into car jack, non of my iphone sysncs to C-sytem. - then for unknown reasons the C-system always has open: 1)'Zoom, 2)'ph messages & 3) WhatsApp these I'd never use in my car and Techs don't know how to delete these from the C-system display.... ## think I'll go to another authorized dealer to see if they, under the national 5 yr warranty, be able to train me.... I'm not sure if this is just poor service from dealership I bot from, or is this normal... LASTLY: car way over engineered, eg Can show me which tire is low, yet then get "Error Warning light' Check engine.. Once got this message, I was out of town, drove into nearest dealership, waited 4 hrs for them to check, and result= oil was low...ODD seems to me if system can tell which tire is low it 'should' be able to tell when oil is low..... GOOD= ride is Smooth, comfy, VERY quiet for a small car...... ### overall I'd rate it a 90% on my pleased scale."
