What Owners Say

Other/unsure

""While returning from a long trip, all the warning lights came on. I'm told the computer stopped communicating with the hybrid batt and the engine and I was driving only on battery. After keeping for a week, the dealer found a bulletin describing the pblm and rebooted the computer solving the problem, but at the cost of 33% of my gas mileage. Even after two more reboots, my car now only gets 24 mpg when for more than 2,ooo miles prior to the pble, it always got 30 mpg. Dealer checked with Toyotas' tech support who now tell me that is normal because of a more powerful engine.""
