Toyota is going wild with the GR Corolla. It is essentially a factory-bred tuner car based on the Corolla hatchback, enshrouded in a brash body kit and stuffed with a 300-horsepower turbocharged engine. That three-cylinder powerplant is paired with a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic, and it drives all four wheels. Boosting traction are wide UHP summer tires. Beyond the obligatory sporty trim details throughout the cabin, the GR Corolla notably has a 12.3-inch display for the instrument panel, rather than analog gauges.
