Cleaning out the debris is only a temporary fix as the drain repeatedly clogs. The problem is common in this vehicle and the starting cost to fix it is over $350 at the dealership. I was able to find a instructional video on YouTube that showed me how to install a tube feeding out to the floor of the vehicle, bypassing the area that clogs."

Reinstalled the fastener connecting the window to the activator and put the window back in the tracks. 2 hours labor and works perfectly now."
