The local dealer and I have both repaired the rear liftgate, but they only lubricated the sliding doors which has done little to nothing to repair the issue since they, cannot duplicate the problem in the shop."

Several trips to multiple Toyota dealers have unsuccessfully identified the problem and, universally, we've been told we can't replicate that despite directing that they (1) take it on a highway, or (2) accompany us while WE take it on a highway and they observe the mirror. This will be the reason, if any, that we don't buy another Toyota."
