This version of the S80 was priced lower than comparable European luxury cars, but that doesn't necessarily make Volvo's flagship sedan a bargain. On the upside, it has innovative safety features, such as blind-spot and collision warning systems. The Volvo also has a slightly improved ride and a quieter cabin than its predecessor. However, this version of the S80 has less rear seat room than the previous model. It also lacks the on-road performance and luxury features one finds in its major competitors.
