For current CR members who receive a print publication:

1. If you receive Consumer Reports magazine as part of your membership, go to www.cr.org/magazine.

If you receive the Consumer Reports On Health newsletter as part of your membership, go to www.cr.org/crhservice.

If you receive both publications, just pick one of the above URLs. 

2. Enter your account number and last name to sign in.  Your account number is located on your publication’s mailing label.

3. On the left hand side of your screen, click “Change My Mailing Preferences.”

4. Check the box of any mailings you no longer wish to receive and click “Save My Preferences.”

If you do not have your publication with you to access your account number but you do have a digital account on CR.org, you can also access your mailing preferences through Account Settings by following these instructions:

1. Go to www.cr.org and sign in.

2. Click on Account Settings under “My CR” on the top right side of your screen where your first name appears.

3. At the bottom of the Membership Overview page, click “Manage My Membership.”

4. On the “Manage My Membership page”, click “Go” next to “Manage My Mailing Preferences, Lost and Damaged Issue claims, Suspend Delivery.”

5. On the left hand side of the Print Membership Page screen, click “Change My Mailing Preferences.”

6. Check the box of any mailings you no longer wish to receive and click “Save My Preferences.”

 

For Non-members*
