try to flush, waste sits there. have to use waste button 5-6 times. have to let stool sit ,then flush brush wust be used too often to clean bowl. adjusted water level to get more water into bowl so it would be higher. poor performance. can't use quality paper, only cheep stuff goes down with less flushes. now i am mad because we choose this item.

Dual flush worked very well when installed in April. <br />Visually pleasing to look at.<br />Started slow draining in July. Clogged late August but worked after plunging several times. Hired drain cleaner September 16th. Worked 3 days. Completely clogged and neither plunger nor liquid plumber will clear September 19th.
