My beach house was painted 8 years ago, after hurricane Ivan, with this product. It was sandblasted in hurricane Katrina and exposed to the rigors of sun and salt air, for many seasons. The painting was redone in 2012 because of rust stains. After setting the nails and puttying over them, Duration was my choice for painting, again. The results were never better.

I had my house painted 6 years ago, a brown color and a light cream color. The painters power washed the house first. Then they sprayed two coats of Duration on. I have never had a paint hold up like this one. It seems impervious to Michigan's harsh winter and strong summer sun.It looks like it's newly painted after 6 years. There is no fading, no peeling and no cracks. No other brand will ever go on the exterior of my house again. As far as the interior Duration goes, it's probably not worth the higher coast. But on the exterior I couldn't be happier.
