Ergonomics: Features of the keyboard, mouse, labeling, and LED indicators were not well-designed, so it's not especially comfortable or convenient to use. The keys on the keyboard are slightly concave, making it more comfortable to type on. The case doesn't have LED indicators for hard disk/CD activity.
