This Bluetooth wireless portable ear-insert model provides good sound. Although it lacks active noise reduction, the ear plug-like design helps to reduce both outside noise and sound leaking out into your environment. The Go Air Sport has a volume control plus an integrated microphone and player function controls. Additional features include - that either earpiece can be used alone for one ear monitoring of Bluetooth streamed audio and telephone communications. Charging/carrying case has built-in rechargeable battery that the manufacturer claims can be used to recharge the earphone batteries for an additional 24hrs. of listening time for a total of 32 hrs. Free JLab app for Apple and Android mobile devices provides an audio burn-in sequence; otherwise just seems to be a shopping portal for other JLab products. Sound quality:

We found the Go Air Sport delivers sound quality that falls in the good range - it reproduces music and voice reasonably well despite the obvious shortcomings in its sound. The sound of these earphones is very dependent on how they sit in the ears, and it takes some fiddling to position this model so it provides its best sound quality. In the Signature EQ mode the bass (as in bass drums, bass guitars, stand-up bass, etc.) has good impact and goes deep, but is a somewhat prominent and boomy. The midrange (voices, guitars, horns, etc.) is somewhat grainy, a bit etched (a bit more sharply outlined then it should be), and touch thin and sibilant. The treble (cymbals, the upper range of violins, etc.) is extended but is somewhat prominent, sizzly, and smeared. The sound also has a good sense of liveliness and is somewhat open--sound-wise it almost seems like you don't have anything plugging up your ears and does a decent job of recovering room ambience. Mixed character - warmish bass with coolish midrange and treble. The overall sound can best be summarized as somewhat bassy, grainy, and bright. The EQ settings do have an effect on the sound - compared to the Signature setting the bass Boost setting increases the bass, and the Balanced setting makes the sound a bit thinner overall.

Comfort and Fit:
We found that these earphones as typical of in-ear models they produce a sense of pressure in the ear canal opening might be uncomfortable for some. Users with small earbowls might find that the earphone body feels a bit bulky in their earbowl and that they stick out too far and feel like they may lever out of place and are mostly held in place by the section of the earphone that is inserted in the ear canal and the bottom of the earhook, but it may take some fumbling to get them in place and they have to fiddle a bit to find the position that provides the best sound quality, but once found they will stay in place during casual use and are stable even during vigorous head movement.
