Has quick charge feature: 10 min of charging will provide 1 hour of playtime. Bluetooth connected Apple mobile devices using iOS Version 5 and above will show the battery level. Sennheiser Smart Control app download for Apple or Android mobile devices can be used to change the sound of the earphones, create custom EQ profiles, switch tonal balance settings to better accommodate the non-isolating and isolating ear pieces, show battery level, choose between voice announcements and alert tones, turn on/off or customize touch control, and update the earphone's firmware. Sound quality:We found the SPORT True Wireless delivers sound quality that falls in the very good range - it reproduces music and voice very well although it does have some noticeable sonic quirks. With the "Aware" ear pieces installed and the Sennheiser Smart Control app Adaptable Acoustics feature set to "Aware" and the EQ set to flat (as received state of the earphone) the bass (as in bass drums, bass guitars, stand-up bass, etc.) has good impact and goes deep, but is somewhat prominent and boomy. The midrange (voices, guitars, horns, etc.) is somewhat grainy, a bit etched (a bit more sharply outlined then it should be), a touch sibilant, and the upper midrange is a bit prominent. The treble (cymbals, the upper range of violins, etc.) is extended, but is somewhat prominent, sizzly (sounds that should have a delicate shimmer have a sound reminiscent of bacon frying), and smeared. The sound also has a good sense of liveliness and is somewhat open--sound-wise it almost seems like you don't have anything plugging up your ears and does a decent job of recovering room ambience. Mixed character - warmish bass through mid-midrange with coolish upper midrange and treble. The overall sound can best be summarized as somewhat bassy, grainy, and sizzly. The tone settings of the app have a noticeable effect on the sound of these earphones. With the "Focus" ear pieces installed and the Sennheiser Smart Control app Adaptable Acoustics feature set to "Focus" the overall sound is similar and the score is the same, but the midrange is a touch less etched and sibilant, and the upper midrange is less prominent. When the "Focus" ear pieces are used ambient sounds are also more muffled.
Comfort and Fit:As typical of in-ear models they produce a sense of pressure in the ear canal opening that might be uncomfortable for some.
Small
Users with small ear bowls might find that the earphone body feels a bit bulky in their ear bowl and that they stick out too far and feel like they may lever out of place and are mostly held in place by the section of the earphone that is inserted in the ear canal, but that they will stay in place during casual use and that they are stable during fairly vigorous head movement.
Medium/Large
Users with medium to large sized ear bowls will probably find that this model stays in place with no problems for casual use and that they are very stable even during vigorous head movement.
Incidental contact with the touch controls can cause unintentional playing or pausing.
