Design and features:Although it lacks active noise reduction, this in-ear model's earplug-like design helps to reduce both outside noise and sound leaking out into your environment. The earphones also have medium-high sensitivity, so they can provide satisfying volume levels when used with home audio equipment and even many lower-powered portable audio devices. The Bagis has an integrated microphone and player function controls that are compatible with iPads and some iPods, plus some iPhones and other cellphone models. The call connect/disconnect button works with some iPhones, as well as some other cellphones. This model has earphones that can snap together so they can be hung around the neck when not in use. It comes with three pairs of earpieces of various sizes, and a 4-conductor mini-plug to standard 3-conductor mini-jack adapter.
Sound quality: We found the Bagis delivers good overall sound, with a warm character. The pronounced bass has good impact, but is boomy and lacks some definition. Midrange has good presence on its own, though it's a bit grainy, but it can be overwhelmed by the bass. Treble is recessed and rolled off. The overall sound is closed-in, with compressed dynamics.
Comfort: We found that these earphones fit and stay in place with no problems, but a sense of pressure in the ear opening might be uncomfortable for some.
