Overall this model was somewhat easy to use, somewhat accurate for counting steps, and good at measuring heart-rate accuracy. With recent version smartphones, our experts found it very easy to pair, somewhat easy to interact with, and very easy to connect to charger. The watch face was good in our scratch resistance hardness test and will show scratches with wear-and-tear over time. It passed our water immersion test at 98 feet for 10 minutes.

The Citizen CZ Hybrid is a smartwatch compatible with iOS and Android and includes real-time heart rate monitor, steps, sleep and calories. It has always-on display capability, on-screen battery indicator, wireless magnetic charging dock, phone notifications, vibration alerts, includes inactivity alerts that remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time, and has a find my phone feature. The CZ Hybrid has Connected music (can control playback of music stored on your smartphone), and can accept phone calls on the watch and dismiss phone calls from the watch. The manufacturer offers changeable straps, weather at-wrist, and has a "Citizen River" golf app which allows you to see golf conditions and info on golf courses. It has customizable buttons, challenge friends, visualized workout routes, and the CZ Hybrid comes in a multitude of cases and styles at different prices. It has multi-sport tracking features: run, cycle, hike, walk, treadmill, elliptical, weights, row machine, spin and workouts. Its dimensions are 2 x 1.9 x 0.5 inches (LxWxD) and it weighs 3.2 ounces.
