The Garmin Fenix 7 is a smartwatch compatible with iOS and Android and includes real-time heart rate monitor, steps, sleep and calories. It has a color touchscreen display with 260 x 260 screen resolution, always-on display capability, on-screen low battery indicator, phone notifications and sound/vibration alerts. It includes inactivity alerts that remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time, find my phone and find my watch, Connected music (can control playback of music stored on your smartphone) and Standalone music (can control playback of music stored on your smartwatch without needing your smartphone). It can accept phone calls on the watch and dismiss phone calls from the watch. The Garmin Fenix 7 has WiFi, NFC, Sp02, V02 Max and Standalone GPS (can connect to GPS without needing your smartphone).
