With recent version iPhones, our experts found it very easy to pair, difficult to interact with, and likewise for recent version Android phones, somewhat easy to pair, and difficult to interact with. It is very easy to attach to the body. In our water immersion test it passed the manufacturer's claim of 164 feet for 10 minutes.

The manufacturer claims a battery life of 5 days and it has a MEMS 3-axis accelerometer sensor. The fitbit Ace 2 has notifications for Phone calls (phone and tracker must be within 30 feet of each other to receive notifications and all notifications scroll only once). It includes inactivity alerts which remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time and has friendly tracker for ages six plus. It comes with a convenient wireless magnetic charging dock. Its dimensions are 0.8 x 0.5 inches (width/thickness) and it weighs 0.6 ounces.
