Overall this model was very easy to use, not accurate for counting steps, and good at measuring heart-rate accuracy. With recent version iPhones, our experts found it very easy to pair, very easy to interact with, and likewise for recent version Android phones, very easy to pair, very easy to attach to the body, and very easy to recharge the battery. In our water immersion test it passed the manufacturer's claim of 164 feet for 10 minutes.

The Timex Ironman R300 is a watch based fitness tracker with a 1.3 inch ns display, real-time heart rate monitor, steps, sleep tracking, and calories estimation. It has Connected GPS, display backlight for use at night and the manufacturer claims a battery life of 25 days. It has the following sensors: GPS, barometer and optical heart rate. It has notifications for calls, texts, email, calendar events. Has Timex community for socialization and includes inactivity alerts which remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time. It has a find my phone feature and can control playback of music from your smartphone. Included accessories: USB charging cable. Its dimensions are 1.7 x 0.6 inches (width/thickness) and it weighs 1.52 ounces.
