Ergonomics: Features of the keyboard, mouse, labeling, and LED indicators were not well-designed, so it's not especially comfortable or convenient to use. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless, adding to convenience when placing them. The power button is hard to access. The case doesn't have LED indicators for hard disk/CD activity.
