Performance: Overall this desktop's performance was good, below that of many other models but still powerful enough for tasks such as email, word processing, web browsing, streaming movies and even some gaming. The sound on movies, music, and games was acceptable with the built-in speakers, but if you're looking for the best sound you might want to add speakers or use headphones.
Ergonomics: Features of the keyboard, mouse, labeling, and LED indicators were not well-designed, so it's not especially comfortable or convenient to use. The keys on the keyboard are slightly concave, making it more comfortable to type on. The case doesn't have LED indicators for hard disk/CD activity. The CD-eject button is hard to access.
Display: The display quality was very good overall. Colors were accurately reproduced, realistic, and natural looking. The desktop's display was anti-reflective, so there was little or no glare when viewing in a brightly lit room. The display has a wide viewing angle, especially important if more than one person needs to see the screen at a time, say, for a video or presentation.
Useful features and attributes on this model include: Has fast 802.11ac WiFi. You can connect common external devices such as hard drives and Blu-ray burners to the USB 3.0 port for maximum performance. Gigabit Ethernet provides fast transfer of data over a local network. This desktop is compatible with HDMI for connecting to an HDTV.
Downsides: This desktop has fewer USB ports than others. There's no VGA video connector, or a separate adapter is required.
