    Sold singly, so be sure to buy two. What we liked: Easy one-handed adjustment by twisting handles, has a good hand grip, and the weights are automatically balanced. But: Can be harder to replace weights into cradle on some settings. Fixed length for all weights, and it can be uncomfortable when resting dumbbell on thighs during bench exercises. Unused plates were easy to pull out of the cradle unintentionally when initially removing dumbbell.
