    About

    Overall, the Finer Form Indoor Exercise Bike was very good. Data Display: The Finer Form has a battery-powered LCD display that comes on when users start pedaling. The display does not show resistance setting, making it impossible to accurately reproduce settings. Shows numerical values for cadence, speed, distance, and time. It does not account for resistance when estimating either calories. Features: Uses SPD pedal clips for use with bike shoes, and has toe cages for use with other shoes. Does not require AC power to operate. Has a single bottle holder, and it has a reading shelf to hold a tablet or smartphone. Uses a knob to adjust resistance. Can display heart rate by use of the heart rate monitor built into the handlebars. Handlebar and seat heights adjust in large steps of over an inch, and either may come out when being adjusted higher. Seat is wider than most and adjust back and forth, but handlebar horizontal position is fixed. BUT: Does not connect to exercise apps, though that does not preclude their use in guiding a workout. Slightly wider stance than other bikes.
