    Overall, the Schwinn IC4 was very good. Data Display: The Schwinn has a small AC-powered LED display for statistics and session data, which has a USB port for charging personal electronics. The display shows numeric values of speed, distance, time, resistance, and an estimate of calories, but does not show exact cadence: instead, approximate cadence is shown using a graphic that is hard to interpret. Display does not account for resistance when estimating wattage output. Can connect to exercise apps. Features: Uses SPD pedal clips for use with bike shoes, and has toe cages for use with other shoes. Can display heart rate by connecting with its included arm-band heart rate monitor. Handlebars and seat heights adjust in 15 mm steps, but either seat may come out when being adjusted higher. Horizontal seat and handlebar positions are more finely adjustable. Has dual bottle holders, and a place to store dumbbells, and dumbbells are included. Has a reading shelf to hold tablet or smartphone. Does not require power to change resistance levels. BUT: Bottle holders can interfere with knees when pedaling out of the saddle, even when bottles are not placed in the holders. The included dumbbells did not fit into the dumbbell holders.
