Similar to a behind-the-ear design, a piece rests behind the ear, but it has a wire connecting to a speaker or receiver in the ear canal. There are selectable preset programs available to choose an ideal hearing setting for your environment. It has a rechargeable case that uses a USB-C cable, and there is an companion app for controlling the hearing aids.
It has a manufacturer warranty period that might cover hardware defects or replacements, lasting 12 months. The trial period to test out the hearing aids without penalty is 45 days.
It comes with a cleaning kit, for use as needed. It includes 4 pairs of a single size of dome/eartip, which can last 12 months based on the manufacturer recommended replacement cycle of 3 months. It comes with 4 pairs of wax guards, which can last 4 months based on the manufacturer recommended replacement cycle of 1 months. The appx cost of annual replacement accessories is $36, however prices may vary. This is based on the manufacturer's recommended replacement cycles, and if not specified for domes/eartips, we use a default cycle of 6 months.
