It has a self-fitting test available to customize to a personal hearing profile. There are selectable preset programs available to choose an ideal hearing setting for your environment. It uses replaceable size 312 batteries, and there is an companion app for controlling the hearing aids.
It has a manufacturer warranty period that might cover hardware defects or replacements, lasting 12 months. The trial period to test out the hearing aids without penalty is 45 days.
