    Recall notice

In January 2026, Johnson Health Tech Trading Inc. recalled Matrix- and Vision-branded treadmills, including this T30 treadmill. Johnson Health Tech Trading Inc. reported that the power cord can become loose from the treadmill’s power socket, posing a fire hazard. The treadmills were sold at fitness equipment retailers and online at matrixhomefitness.com, and various other online retailers from April 2012 through May 2025. Only certain units manufactured from June 2007 through January 2024 that do not come with a power cord bracket are affected.

If you own this treadmill, the company states that you should inspect the product to confirm whether a power cord bracket is installed. If there is no power cord bracket, you should ensure that the power cord is completely inserted into the treadmill’s power socket before each use until you can contact the company for a repair, which will include a free replacement power cord with an automatic locking-style plug, mailed for self-installation.
