Yonkers, NY – Consumer Reports (CR), the consumer research, testing, and advocacy organization, welcomes Raj Malhotra as Chief Technology Officer. Malhotra will lead CR’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, information technology, and data science and engineering, to support the organization’s growth, innovation, and mission.
“Raj not only has a reputation for technical strengths in artificial intelligence and machine learning, but also cultivating high performing, innovative teams,” said Phil Radford, President and Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Reports. “I look forward to partnering with him to ensure that Consumer Reports continues to provide impeccable service to consumers every day.”

Most recently, Malhotra was Chief Technology Officer at Mixlo, where he led the development of a new streaming app and marketplace to help people discover and connect with the local music community. Previously, he served as CTO of Redjack, where he oversaw cybersecurity preparedness and led the development of an AI-powered web-based application. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Pandora/Sirius XM and Associated Press.
