Amazon Prime Big Deal Days is over, but if you are still looking for deals, you’re in luck. Best Buy and Walmart’s sales are running until Oct. 11. That means there are plenty of ways to save on everything from kitchen appliances to tech products and more. And because these sales are still happening, even Amazon has kept many of its prices as low as they were over the last two days. Some prices have dropped below normal, and some sales are worth it because they simply aren’t available outside these bigger events.
So we’ve curated this list to highlight the truly exceptional offers that are really better than usual. It doesn’t necessarily mean the other offers out there are bad. We just want to help you make a little more sense of the sale and shop smart. We’re even keeping an eye on those everyday sale prices, because they can still be worth it when prices haven’t improved much.
You can check out our Deals Hub, where we will be sharing everything we find now through Black Friday and into the holiday season.

KitchenAid’s Artisan Series is actually now $10 less at Walmart than it has been since Monday. It’s a step up from its Classic line. The 10-speed KitchenAid Artisan Series KSM195PSBK comes with the usual attachments, plus a pastry beater, a bowl shield to prevent splatters, and an extra 3-quart bowl for smaller jobs. The standard-issue stainless bowl is 5 quarts. In our tests, this mixer aces our tasks for whipping cream and mixing cookie dough and is almost as good at kneading bread dough. It works quietly, and our testers find it very convenient to change the beaters and clean. It weighs 21 pounds and has a tilt-head, so you’ll need some clearance between the counter and the cabinets. Bonus: You have your choice of 10 colors.
The AirPods Pro 3 are Apple’s top-of-the-line earbuds, and they’re packed with features. The new functions include live translation and a workout mode that allows you to leave your Apple Watch at home. They still offer a clinical-grade hearing test and the option of turning your Pro 3s into an over-the-counter hearing aid. They also sound good and offer a better fit and noise canceling than last year’s Pro 2s. They don’t go on sale very often, so this is an opportunity to get the latest tech at an enticing price.
This lightweight serum delivers the brightening benefits of vitamin C without overlooking the needs of oily skin. Along with 12 percent pure vitamin C, it contains salicylic acid, a gentle exfoliant that may help keep pores clearer.
With a rarely earned top rating for sound quality, the Edifier S1000W slots in near the top of our wireless speaker ratings. It’s almost identical in appearance and sound to the S1000DB and S1000MKII speakers that have led our ratings for years, but the S1000W adds multiroom capability. But its chief asset is its sound, the ability to make you believe that bassist is right there in the room with you; and you know immediately whether she’s playing a doghouse upright or Fender P-Bass cranked through an Ampeg amp. And at $420 for a pair, matching the lowest price, the latest Edifiers are both a benchmark and a bargain.
The AirPods Max sound really good and have superb and flexible noise-canceling tech. They have a high-performing transparency mode for hearing external sound, as well as spatial audio capability. But the biggest selling point might be the distinctive design and premium feel we’ve all come to expect from an Apple product. At their normal street price of $500, they’re hardly a bargain, but subtract $70 and the Maxes become much more attractive (and the best price we’ve seen in well over a year).
De'Longhi Stilosa Espresso Machine
The Stilosa is a great choice if you want to make espresso at home but don’t want to shell out hundreds for a machine. Spending less on this model will mean sacrificing certain things, such as using plastic parts instead of metal and simpler controls than you might find on a higher-end model. But for the price, it still gets the job done. Our evaluator found it brewed with consistent pressure and resulted in a balanced espresso. They even wound up appreciating the simple controls. We do recommend reading a bit more about our evaluation before you run off to buy this model so you know more of what to expect, but if it sounds like a good fit, the price is definitely worth it.
If you’re shopping for a moderately priced blender from a brand known to keep its owners happy, look to the Breville the Fresh & Furious BBL620SIL, especially if you expect to purée ingredients for soups or baby food (it does exceptionally well in our purée tests). It also aces our ice-crush tests and does nearly as well making smoothies. Like many blenders in our tests, though, it earns just a middling score for noise. We haven’t seen this blender at this price since last year’s winter holidays, so if you’ve been eyeing this model now’s the time to snap one up at 25 percent off.
This is the best price we’ve seen on the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite VS80F28DMP/AA this year, making this a deal worth checking out. It’s a perfect vacuum for pet owners–not only did we find it excellent at vacuuming up pet hair, but it’s also great at keeping allergens and dust from leaking out of the vacuum’s exhaust.
Petlibro Granary Smart Feeder
The Petlibro Granary Smart Feeder is easy to use and has an app that makes setting schedules and dispensing food a breeze. This automatic dog feeder dispenses precise amounts of dry food for dogs or cats and includes a voice recording feature that lets you call your pet for meals.
The Blueair Blue Pure 511i Max is a great pick for a midsized space (150 to 350 square feet). It features four speeds, an auto mode that senses when to shift into higher gear, and a filter replacement reminder. It offers app connectivity, which lets you monitor your room’s air quality. Crucially, this pick receives near-top-level marks in our tests for effectively removing dust, pollen, and smoke particles at its highest speed, though it’s not whisper-quiet while doing so. CR members who own Blueair purifiers also report very high owner satisfaction and very few reliability issues.
