We found that it is generally not difficult to wrap the cuff around the wrist, however, the velcro bond on this cuff can be difficult to pull apart. The numbers on the display are larger than most wrist displays. There may be glare on the screen. First time set up is not difficult, although the incremental buttons for the time and date only advance in the positive direction.
