Performance: Overall this desktop's performance was good, below that of many other models but still powerful enough for tasks such as email, word processing, web browsing, streaming movies and even some gaming. Compared to other tested desktops, it was fast for common tasks such as web browsing and video conferencing. Applications start up quickly. It was fast when composing documents with images, calculating large data spreadsheets, and running other productivity tasks, and its speed was adequate for manipulating filters on images, converting and editing videos, and rendering models and calculating simulations.
Ergonomics: The desktop, with its included keyboard and mouse, had well-designed features that made it comfortable or convenient to use. Keyboard letters were high contrast and easy to read, and its keys were comfortably sized. Keyboard features such as media playback keys add convenience. The mouse has a low-profile design, and has a scroll wheel. The case doesn't have LED indicators for hard disk/CD activity.
Useful features and attributes on this model include: You can connect common external devices such as hard drives and Blu-ray burners using USB 3.1 for maximum performance. Gigabit Ethernet provides fast transfer of data over a local network. Video outputs include: an HDMI full-size port, a VGA port; these are useful for connecting to an HDTV or separate monitor.
