Performance: Overall this desktop's performance was very good. Tasks like email, word processing and web browsing will be accomplished quickly and you can even accomplish tougher tasks like video editing and mid-range gaming near top speed. Compared to other tested desktops, it was fast for common tasks such as web browsing and video conferencing. Applications start up quickly. It was fast when composing documents with images, calculating large data spreadsheets, and running other productivity tasks, and it was slow for manipulating images, editing videos, and calculating simulations.
Ergonomics: The desktop is bundled with a keyboard and mouse. It had well-designed features that made it comfortable or convenient to use. Keyboard letters were high contrast and easy to read, and its keys were comfortably sized. Keyboard features such as volume control keys add convenience. The keys on the keyboard are slightly concave, making it more comfortable to type on. The mouse has a low-profile design, and has a scroll wheel. The storage drive can be easily replaced. The power button is in a convenient location that is unlikely to be pressed accidentally. The case has no easily viewed LED indicators for hard disk or CD activity.
