Design and features:The Headphone has integrated microphones and volume, music player, and call connect/disconnect controls for use with paired Bluetooth devices. This model comes with three pairs of ear pieces in various sizes and types, a USB charging cable, and a charging cradle/carrying case.
Sound quality: We found The Headphone delivers sound quality that falls in the good range - it reproduces music and voice reasonably well despite the obvious shortcomings in its sound. The overall sound can best be summarized as soft and indistinct. Bass (as in bass drums, bass guitars, stand-up bass, etc.) has decent impact, but is soft and doesn't go deep. The midrange (voices, guitars, horns, etc.) is fairly even, but is somewhat hazy and congested (think sonic traffic jam). The treble (cymbals, the upper range of violins, etc.) is somewhat subdued, and the upper treble is muted. The sound is closed-in (sound-wise it is obvious that you have something plugging up your ears) and lacks a bit of liveliness. The sound is very similar that of the Bragi Dash, but not quite as soft and there is no background hiss.
Comfort: The Headphone has a hybrid ear-insert/ear bud design - the earpieces insert into the ear canals and are intended to seal them as with typical ear-insert models, and they are also intended to be supported by the ear bowls like an ear bud model. As typical of in-ear models it produces a sense of pressure in the ear canal openings that might be uncomfortable for some. Users with small ear bowls might find that this model feels too large. Unless the user's ear bowls are too small they stay in place with no problems and are very stable even with vigorous head movement, but because of the size and weight of the ear pieces some users might get the impression that the fit is not particularly stable. The volume and call answer/music player control buttons on the right earphone are small and not easy to operate; some users might find that pressing the control buttons when the earphones are installed in the ears causes ear discomfort because it pushes the earpiece uncomfortably into the earbowl and/or further into the ear canal.
