Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers middling sound quality. Expect some distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has middling impact and deep bass is lacking, and it is subdued. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is fairly even, but it is somewhat grainy, a bit hazy, congested, etched. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is fairly extended, but it is somewhat prominent, smeared, sizzly, dry. Does a so-so job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends somewhat above and to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a small sized room. Because these are two separate speakers they can be placed to provide better stereo separation than many other models.
