Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers middling sound quality. Expect some distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has good impact but deep bass is lacking, and it is a bit boomy. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is fairly even, but it is somewhat grainy, hazy, congested. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is a bit subdued and sizzly. Does a so-so job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends somewhat above and to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a medium to large sized room.
