If you didn’t find what you wanted or needed on Black Friday, you’ll be happy to learn that plenty of Cyber Monday deals are still available. Consumer Reports has been tracking the deals on best products we’ve tested in our labs or tried in our homes to help you find what you want and need at a discount this holiday season.

Holiday shopping looks different this year. Between inventory shortages and shipping delays, we haven’t seen quite as many deals or discounts as big as you might expect for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. That just means that while there are still plenty of options, you may not be able to find the exact item you want on sale or get it in time for the holidays. So plan to be flexible as you shop this year’s Cyber Monday sales.

We are updating this list and others regularly to bring you the latest and greatest deals on home goods, electronics, and even large appliances.

Unlike the newest third-generation AirPods, this older model doesn’t get high marks for sound in Consumer Reports’ testing. But there’s no denying the appeal of true wireless earphones for many Apple fans.

Some retailers are offering extra Cyber Monday discounts. Apple will slip you a $75 gift card if you buy directly from them, or you’ll get an extra $15 off at check out if you buy from Amazon, bringing the 2nd Gen AirPods down to a rock bottom $99.99.

Want to stand out from the crowd? Skip the AirPods and try this well-rated model from Jabra. The noise-canceling true wireless earbuds get high marks in our tests, both for sound-blocking and audio quality. They have some handy features too: adjustable noise-cancellation, customizable audio that’s supposed to optimize to your hearing, an ambient sound monitoring mode, and more. Jabra advertises a 5.5 hour battery life bolstered by a charging case with a built-in battery.

CR’s Test Results: Jabra Elite 85t

Sony makes some of the best true wireless noise-canceling earbuds on the market, and the WF-1000XM4 is the company’s best model yet. You can expect exceptional audio quality and sound-blocking performance, our testing shows, as well as advanced features such as variable noise cancellation, which you can adjust to let in more or less sound, a monitor mode to actively pipe in audio from your surroundings, and the Speak-to-Chat function, which can automatically pause the music when you start talking.

According to Sony, the XM4 has a 5.5-hour battery life and comes with a portable charging case that holds 16 hours’ worth of power before it needs to be plugged in again. We’re not seeing jaw-dropping bargains on this model so far, but we have spotted a couple of worthwhile discounts.

Laptops, Chromebooks, and Tablets

This is another classic Chromebook: lower-end specs in exchange for a relatively inexpensive price. The model has a MediaTek processor, 4 gigabytes of memory, and 32GB of flash storage. If you put aside the pokey performance, you may still appreciate the lengthy battery life (12 hours) and decent display quality. The Chromebook has a 2-in-1 convertible hinge, too, that lets you fold the device into “tent mode” to prop up the screen for easy slide presentation or video viewing.

CR’s test results: Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3

Released late in 2019, this 12.3-inch laptop has solid specs: a previous-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 8 gigabytes of memory, and 128GB of solid-state storage. Our testers noted strong performance for everything from browsing the web to editing office documents to watching high-resolution streaming video.

If there’s one “but” here, it’s that the battery life is nothing special, coming in between 6 and 11 hours per charge depending on how hard you push it. Lighter tasks, such as browsing the web, will sip the battery; watching 4K videos will deplete it roughly twice as fast. It’s worth noting the deal at Best Buy was $50 cheaper on Black Friday.

The Essentia Stratami has been one of the top-ranking foam mattresses in CR’s ratings for several years. It’s good at supporting people of all sizes, whether they sleep on their side or back, but it earns the highest marks for supporting petite and average-sized people who sleep on their back. It meets two organic standards, the Global Organic Latex Standard and the Global Organic Textile Standard. The extended Black Friday sale gives shoppers 25 percent off everything but hybrid mattresses, replacement covers, and the Rabbit Air. The sale also includes two free Comfort Pillows, which CR hasn’t tested.

CR’s tests show that Tuft & Needle makes decent mattresses all-around. The Original got above-average scores in our tests for all side sleepers and middling scores for back sleepers. It also performed well in breathability tests, so it might be a good option if you sleep hot. But our testers found that this model may be softer than advertised, so be sure to read up on each model before you buy.

Small Kitchen Appliances

This Cuisinart is one of the best options out there if you’re a fan of single-cup coffee makers. It receives a top convenience rating and offers great cup-size and temperature consistency. This machine also packs a ton of features, including an auto-shutoff function, a removable water reservoir, a height-adjustable drip tray, a built-in water filter, and programming.

CR’s test results: Cuisinart Premium Single-Serve Brewer SS-10

The Instant Pot Duo Crisp is a standout in CR’s ratings, earning solid scores in our pressure-cooking and slow-cooking tests. Its 8-quart capacity and 10 preset cooking modes make it easy to broil, dehydrate, air-fry, sauté, and steam. It comes with a one-year warranty.

CR’s test results: Instant Pot Duo Crisp 11 in 1 8 Qtr. with Air Fryer 140-0021-01

SodaStream Fizzi Soda Maker

The best budget soda maker in our ratings, the SodaStream Fizzi soda maker is also among the easiest to use. Simply insert your bottle top in a clamp, push the clamp into place, and press start. The Fizzi creates a consistent level of fizz when you press for the same amount of time. You can vary the carbonation by pressing for longer or shorter times. A plus: It doesn’t have to be plugged in, so it’s highly portable.

This model performed exceptionally well in our icy drinks (Smoothies) test, which gauges how well the blender mixes up Pina Coladas. And it also did a great job at pureeing soup. It gave just a middling performance on our ice crush test, and our noise test. The latter score is on par with most Vitamix’s in our ratings.

Smart Home

The August Smart Lock is a retrofit model, meaning it replaces only the interior thumb-turn side of your home’s deadbolt. (The benefit of this solution? You can keep your current house keys and let the exterior side of the deadbolt continue to match your front door’s knob or handleset.) This August model does quite well in our tests, especially when it comes to its ease of connectivity and many convenience features. Those features include auto-lock, auto-unlock, an access log to track who comes and goes, and electronic keys for guests. This deal includes the August Connect Wi-Fi Bridge, normally $79 on its own, which adds remote control via the August app and voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

CR’s test results: August Smart Lock AUG-SL04-M01-S04

The Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control is unusual in that it doubles as a smart thermostat and a full-featured voice assistant on your wall. You have a choice in voice assistants, too. You can use either Amazon Alexa or—provided you own an Apple HomePod smart speaker—Apple Siri. In our thermostat tests, this model offers great automation of heating and cooling, and is very easy to manually control. It also comes with a wireless remote temperature sensor to balance heating and cooling in other areas of your home. Other features include an occupancy sensor to tell whether people are home, vacation scheduling, a touch screen, and app and/or voice control via Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, and Samsung SmartThings.

The Google Nest Hello, recently rebranded as the Google Nest Doorbell (Wired), is older than its battery-powered sibling, but it’s still one of the best doorbells you can buy. In our tests, it earns high marks for its video quality, response time, and data security. Its features include high dynamic range, geofencing, person detection, unusual sound detection, voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, recorded messages for when you can’t answer the door, and a rolling 3 hours of motion-triggered snapshots (not video clips). Cloud video storage and additional features (such as package detection) require a Google Nest Aware subscription.

Smart and Bluetooth Speakers

The Show 8 has an 8-inch touch screen (ideal for displaying online recipes), responds to voice commands (useful when you’ve got messy hands), and has a camera that can adjust the focus to “follow” you as you move about the room on a video call. The device’s footprint is also significantly smaller than that of the new Show 10, which needs a beach-ball-sized space on the countertop to provide clearance for a rotating screen. As with many smart speakers, though, the Show 8’s sound quality is somewhat lacking, according to our testers, who noted the model’s strident high frequencies.

CR’s test results: Amazon Echo Show 8

Think of the Charge 4 as the smaller sibling of JBL’s Xtreme 2; its light weight and more modest dimensions make it a great choice if you’re looking for a speaker that travels with you. It’s easy to use, has admirable sound quality, and delivers enough volume for a medium-sized room. It also features an internal power bank to charge other devices, and JBL says it’s water-resistant to 1 meter, a claim that CR didn’t test. Note that the deal price varies by color.

Sound Bars

This is a step-up 3.1.2-channel sound bar in LG’s lineup, which adds support for both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X immersive sound. (It can be expanded for true surround sound with an optional LG rear-speaker kit.) The price is now $50 lower than a week ago at both retailers. We tested this model, and it did well, if not exceptionally so, in our ratings. The main enclosure has upfiring drivers for the height channels, and it includes LG’s Sound Mode Share, which lets it take advantage of an LG TV’s processing power, though we don’t test for this. You can connect it to your TV using Bluetooth or WiFi, or using its HDMI input. This model works with Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay 2, and Google Assistant.

CR’s test results: LG SP8YA sound bar

This model, which appears to be a Best Buy exclusive, is a full-featured 5.1-channel sound bar that comes with two wireless rear surround speakers, plus a wireless subwoofer. It’s well priced for its features, and it’s among the better-sounding sound bars in our ratings. Samsung advertises this model as a 7.1-channel system, but it’s not. It will, however, use a feature called Q-Symphony to sync the sound bar’s speakers to a compatible Samsung TV’s speakers. It also supports DTS Virtual:X, which uses signal processing to simulate a 3D audio experience.

Streaming Devices

This 4K stick-style player has a nice array of content and features—including voice control and Dolby Vision HDR—for the price. You can control it from Alexa-enabled devices such as the Echo and Dot, and use the included remote to control power and volume on many TVs and sound bar speakers. The Kohl’s deal starts Nov. 21.

This is an updated version of the player, which has an Alexa remote control with dedicated buttons for Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix. Note that Target is selling an earlier version of the same streaming player, which is the one we tested in our labs.

CR’s test results: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K

This is an exclusive model made only for Best Buy. It has all the features of the Stick+ but comes with an enhanced voice remote that includes a headphone jack and Roku headphones for private listening, for just a bit more money.

This model, sold only at Best Buy, offers satisfying overall picture quality, though like many less expensive sets it falls short when it comes to HDR (high dynamic range) performance. The set uses the Android TV system and comes with built-in Google Assistant.

CR’s test results: Hisense 70A6G 70-inch TV

Last week the price had dropped nearly $70 at Walmart on this 65-inch 4K smart TV from Samsung, an entry-level model in the company’s mainstream non-QLED 4K TV lineup for 2020. Unfortunately, the price is back up to the price it’s been selling for at Best Buy and Target. It’s a decent overall performer, though its HDR performance is ineffective, mainly due to peak brightness limitations. (Samsung TVs support the HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG HDR formats.) Compared with the TU8000 models above it, this set lacks a few features, including an enhanced game mode, and it has only two, rather than three, HDMI inputs.

CR’s test results: Samsung UN65TU7000 65-inch TV

Consumers looking for a smaller value-priced smart TV should consider this 2020 set. It has fine overall picture quality, plus Amazon’s Fire TV smart system built in. Like many sets this size, it has a fairly narrow viewing angle, but odds are you’re not planning to host a movie-night party around a 32-inch screen, so that’s not a big concern. And this is a decent discount: The model was $10 less at both retailers during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but this is still a great deal.

You don’t need to shell out a grand for a good robotic vacuum. Typically selling for around $220, the Eufy 11S earns high scores in our carpet cleaning test and does even better on bare floors. Though it’s not the most efficient cleaner (testers noted that it sometimes scatters debris), it does the job, operates quietly (like many robotic vacuums), and has a cliff sensor to keep it from tumbling down stairs. This robotic vacuum isn’t WiFi-enabled, so you can’t control it remotely from a smartphone app, but that also means it can’t be hacked. Eufy robotic vacuums as a whole receive top marks for reliability, meaning this model is unlikely to break down within the first three years. Overall, CR members have been very satisfied with their Eufy models in our recent surveys. Make sure to click the on-page coupon before adding this model to your cart to get the full savings.

The LG A9 Kompressor is one of CR’s top picks for stick vacuums this year. It aces our carpet, bare-floor, and pet-hair tests, and leaves nothing behind when you vacuum along the edges of a room. It’s not quite as quiet as other models we’ve tested, but the sound won’t bother you during short bursts of cleanup. It runs for almost a full half-hour on one battery charge. Better yet, it comes with two batteries.

One of the many Sharks in our vacuum ratings, this newly tested Shark upright rises almost to the top of our bagless upright ratings, acing our tests for bare floors and pet hair, and earning nearly as impressive scores in our carpet-cleaning test. The “Lift-Away” in the model name refers to the fact that you can lift the collection bin away from the main handle and use it as a canister. This comes in handy when cleaning stairs and reaching into corners for cobwebs. Airflow is ample, and the Shark comes with several attachments.

There’s a lot to like with this single-oven gas range from LG, especially at this price. Aside from a strong performance in our tests, it also offers loads of features you rarely find in models costing this little, most notably an air-fry setting in the oven. It has both a steam-clean setting for lighter messes and a full-power self-clean cycle for when the cavity gets really grimy.

Are side-by-sides more your style? If so, consider this 36-inch stainless steel Whirlpool. It offers decent performance across our tests but excels at minimizing warm and cold spots throughout the fridge and freezer cavities (no frozen veggies!). This model is a bit light on features, though, with the only major ones being a through-the-door water/ice dispenser and spillproof shelves. Still, at over $250 off the list price, this is a pretty good fridge for the money.

This 27-inch front-load smart washer offers 5 cubic feet, an auto dispense system, and 25 cycles, including steam. The brushed black model is WiFi enabled with an intuitive smart dial powered by artificial intelligence, which means it will recall your favorite wash cycles. Its OptiWash function automatically senses soil for more effective cleaning. It is among the top performers in CR’s tests.
