Bigger is not always better
Difficult To Lock Lid
Best Uses
This is a very large food processor. I was dazzled by the size. I would be much happier with a smaller one better suited to my needs. A definite negative is the lid on my bowl which is very difficult to lock into place...because of the gasket??? I must plant my feet on the floor and push the lid one way while pushing on the bowl the other way with considerable strength. I am not exaggerating. Both the lid and the bowl have been replaced so it must be the design.

Dough Making
I couldn't be happier with this product. I have had it 1 1/2 years using it regularly and would easily say it is the best appliance I own. It is solid, never moves on the counter while in use. It will only turn on when attachments are installed correctly, a great safety feature in my opinion. The attachments are well made and fit neatly in the included hinged storage box where each attachment has it's specific place. I have used it for the the usual things like cheese grating and carrot shredding with perfect results. When my blender died in the middle of canning I used it to blend apples for applesauce again with perfect results. The dough makes tortilla and bread dough with ease. I should mention that this is not a small appliance. The size of this food processor and the attachment storage box take up a bit of room if storage is an issue. I agonized over the purchase price of this machine but can honestly say it is worth every penny!

Motor Stopped Working after 10 Months
Best Uses
Failed after 10 months and Breville says that I did not buy it from an authorized retailer, so they cancelled my warranty. Bottom line is the product failed and the company is hiding behind page 3 of a limited warranty. DISGUSTING!
