I liked the cost effect, but I will not use this product again. Was so tired of cleaning our slacks and dress shirts by hand as the detergent would leave soap film on the clothes. I thought it was our low water efficient top load machine. So I had the company where I purchased our machine out 3 times. Finally I sold the set and bought a front loader only to find out it was the detergent. A loss of $500.00 on our washer dryer set(less than a year old),and a cost of $650.00 up grade. Never thought it could have been the detergent. Detergent worked great in our old agitator machine not so well in the new ones. Went to Tide and NO problems.

Using my high rated front load washer, this powered detergent yields excellent cleaning results overall at great price point.

My only complaint is that in cool or cold water the powder doesn't always dissolve well as say, powdered Tide, etc. I've noticed this occurs only in the quick, delicate, and hand wash cycles. This does NOT occur in warm water, or when using cold water with more aggressive cycles.

I theorize it's the gentler/shorter agitation cycles coupled with the cold water that helps contribute to this being an issue.

My solution is just to switch to a liquid when I'm concerned this might occur.

If you must use it in cold- as another reviewer suggested, pre-dissolve it first, but you really should not have to do this.

That said, there's obviously room for improvement in this area, since this does not happen when I use Tide powder (which I've noticed actually boasts on the box that it will fully dissolve in all wash cycles).

If you are washing in cold water use a little common sense and disolve it in warm water by stirring it in a cup and then pourring it on the clothes.
