Comment:
Very unhappy with this all-in-one. I was originally looking for a new compact laser printer and a cartridge for my Cannon desk top copier; unfortunately I was talked into this product by the sales person at the big office chain store.

They claim aprox 3300 copies per cartridge and that might be true if you're doing plain text only. I on the other hand do a variety of things with mine from bw images to large bold fonts, in the 4 months that I've owned mine I'm on my second cartridge and it's now showing low so I'm sure it will need to be replaced soon and at $179.00 a cartridge at most of the local places and that's very upsetting to me. You can shop around online and find them for about $119.00 but a word to the wise BECAREFUL with the aftermarket cartridges not all of them will work properly in this machine. I learned that the hard way trying to save buck.

All in all this would probably be an outstanding little machine for use at home and for the kids school work but as a small professional office machine it's the wrong choice.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
